ماژول محافظ شارژ باتری لیتیومی 3 سل 10A مدل FL10A

از ویژگی های مهم این ماژول 3 سل 10 آمپر 3S-10A وجود ماسفت های سوئیچ کننده می باشد.این برد کنترل شارژ قادر به تامین 10 آمپر به صورت لحظه ای بوده که عددی مناسب برای بردهای شارژ و دشارژ می باشد.

به این ماژول ها اصطلاحا BMS گفته می شود که در واقع منظور سیستم کنترل کننده باطری می باشد که وظیفه کنترل تک تک سلول ها را برعهده دارد.

ولتاژ فول شارژ این ماژول برای هر باتری برابر 4.25 ولت با تلورانس 0.5 ولت بوده که سبب شارژ کامل باتری می گردد.

بر روی این ماژول قابلیت اتصال سه عدد باتری با ولتاژ های 3.7 تا 4.3 امکان پذیر بوده و نوع باتری و سایز آن اهمیتی ندارد و می توان انواع باتری های 18650 و 18600 و 14500 و سایر موارد مشابه را اتصال داد.

ولتاژ فول شارژ این ماژول 12.6 تا 13 ولت بوده و ولتاژ آستانه ی پایین نیز برابر 11 ولت می باشد.

1C magnification of the battery, 2000 capacity equal to 2AH * 1 = 2A upper limit current. 3C magnification battery, 2000 capacity equal to 2AH * 3 = 6A upper working current.

Note:

The battery will heat when using it, it means the battery does not apply , please don’t keep using becuase the battery will be damaged soon.

The protection board can not be used for lithium iron phosphate battery, hernia lamp, hand drill battery pack, electric fish machine battery pack, electric bicycle battery pack, children’s car battery, motor, 1W fish eye LED light!

Precautions:

1. Please strictly follow the wiring 0V (B -), 3.7V (B1), 7.4V (B2), 11.1V (B+),do not deliberately short circuit.

2. Please charge after connecting the line, then it will has output.

3. When connecting three groups of batteries, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries, if not the same, please fill each battery separately and then use in series.

Discharge test, the voltage drops quickly when the group of battery time difference battery.

4. Please do not mix the battery and the poor battery together! 3 sets of battery capacity / resistance closer to the better! (2 good batteries +1  poor battery use effect = 3 poor battery use effect).
